Absolutely great service. I don't often come to Vanløse, but punctured close to the store. I arrive 1½ hours before closing time, and ask if he can fix a somewhat urgent patching/change of hose, as I have an appointment I have to meet. He simply gets down to business straight away, and 15 minutes after my puncture I have a ready bike at a really good price. Can only be recommended, really nice man :)

Never experienced so many punctures after getting a tire changed here. Even though I got the message "if you want a tire that lasts, this is the one to wear"... DKK 450 paid for the tire and 3 punctures in half a year and the last tube I got put in lasted 5 days, and then it was punctured again...

I have used Jydeholmen bikes once and unfortunately got a bad impression - so I don't use them anymore. They were supposed to fix my gear but didn't do it properly - the problem was still the same when I got back on the bike. It took over a week to fix the gear and I didn't want to go back and ask them to redo it - it could have been another week. They are cute enough and the price wasn't too bad, but I don't think they are thorough enough in their execution.

I had to collect a Fixie bike, and chose Jydeholmen Cykler when, after talking on the phone with several people, I was offered the cheapest price here. A few days after when I had to collect the bike, he complains and complains a lot about how bad the quality of the bike is, and therefore it was not possible for him to assemble it so that none of the brake discs on the front wheel went into the wheel. On the other hand, he chooses to demand more money for the bicycle collection because it had taken him an extra long time to collect it. To this day I still regret paying the extra money. I chose that bike smith because he promised the cheapest price, my bike was assembled in such a way that it was unrideable, and then he ends up taking more money for the bad work than what was originally agreed upon. Really unhappy with the place.
