Absolutely worst booking I have ever done! I just booked a flight with Tripmonster. They took my money and then tell me, seconds later, that the trip is cancelled and that I will get my money back in a few days.This is absolutely unacceptable, this is stealing money! I need to know whether I will be able to travel now, not in a few days. I need to know if I should book another flight now, not in a few days.My flight is in 19 days! I will request not only a refund but also compensation to cover the extra cost, if I end up having to book another flight which is more expensive. In addition, it is impossible to call them, they do not provide any phone number for their customer service and hide behind a general email address! Totally unacceptable! Do not book with them!

Tripmonster (Flugstolen) cancelled our tickets without telling us. We found out at the check-in in the airport. Imagine how awful that is. We didn't go on vacation because of Tripmonster.

DO NOT BOOK WITH FLYGSTOLEN.SE!!!!!!! They deceive you when the flights are canceled and you don't get your money back. Refers to the airline that you should apply for a refund through them and then you only get back 5 percent of the value of the ticket. the worst airline in Sweden's world history. do not recommend anyone to book through their website. You can't call there and talk to someone either, you have to go via email. really bad handling from their customers.

Fraud company. NEVER use flygstolen.se. Despite buying insurance (which is not theirs but something called Refundable.me) they refuse to refund the costs and do everything in their power not to answer questions. Not even GDPR information is disclosed (illegally). Basically a company that uses incredibly questionable methods. It will now be the Swedish Consumer Agency.
