Annette's training offers many different facets - all with the aim of becoming stronger, more flexible, healthier at the same time that we have fun. The bootcamp is really the top of the pop. Annette is dedicated and gives so much of herself, so in addition to the training itself, it's a wonderful energy. The pace is high, the mood is high and we break boundaries together. What we didn't think could be done is suddenly possible. Annette supports and challenges, but at the same time takes into account the different people we are (including our flaws). I can wholeheartedly recommend this workout! It's like an elixir and you become deeply addicted.

I can always recommend training here. Both for children and adults. I have 2 girls aged 8-10. The time they have been with Annette has not only been for the dance, it has also been for the community, fun and coziness as well as discipline and professionalism. They have always felt safe, they have some rules that they quickly get used to, such as is about respecting each other, the teacher and the fact that no one laughs at anyone. That will be put to an end immediately, which my girls have felt safe and have dared to go all in :-) I can also highly recommend the adult team, it's a safe and nice place to be. It's a small place where we all have fun with and around each other. You want to train and get going, because everyone is happy. Annette has an energy that is contagious before you even enter the training room, she is tough, funny, energetic, down-to-earth and everything that makes me simply can't stop training :-) she helps to make it a nice place to exercise. Whether you are big, small, fat or thin. I myself am a girl with shapes, and to begin with I only wanted to go if I had someone I knew, but now I just have to go, because everyone who trains is just so nice, and good at making the community a nice place to be:-) The energy I get after training, where I am filled with joy, and just me time, as well as a stronger body:-) It's all worth it🤩

Annette Lolck's training is both empathetic and direct. With insight and ambitions, she lifts everyone who trains with her, regardless of whether you are already skilled or have become gumption-heavy with life. AL views the individual student as a whole body that needs all the nuggets she has. All are seen and all are lifted. Thanks for all the training!

It might sound exaggerated… but I LOVE BootCamp! - I really get to tighten up my body, get stronger, get challenged and get to push some boundaries - at the same time as I have a lot of fun and get to laugh a lot with some really beautiful women!
