-MINUS 5 STARS- TERRIBLE store!! The staff loiter around with a laid-back attitude that borders on rude and it doesn't seem to me as if there is anyone in the store who takes their job seriously.

Worst customer service EVER. Before Easter, I handed in two posters that had to be stuck on cardboard. Was told it would take 1-2 weeks. Obviously, it took time to get cardboard home in the desired color. Fair enough. But why don't you notify the customer? Even after the carton arrived home, I had to call several times and was told that the posters would be ready in a week's time. But there was never a call back as promised and the posters were not made. On Saturday I called again and moved. It was a young girl who answered the phone. She couldn't even find my posters and when I asked why there was never a call back as promised, she arrogantly replied "I understand it was a very busy shop". Then you could have just said no to the task. Have picked up my posters and am handing them over to another and better glazier. I will not set foot in your shop again - by the way, there is an unpleasant smell of tobacco in there.
