Only bad experiences with this workshop. Really bad workshop. Cannot be recommended. (June 2022) My car made a loud noise that they had to fix. They ended up switching Rack (used), shock absorbers, tower bearings and the fault was still there - They said they did what they could and said we should go to suzuki To make it. Suzuki looked at it and found that everything Hillerød autocenter had done was wrong. They wrote: After checking the car, the technician found the following faults on the car The left side of the shock absorber is missing a rubber sleeve and a bumper stop. Wrong nuts on steering balls. Poor self-correction. It could be fitting the wrong rack or lack of tracking. Hillerød auto center offered to fix it, which we didn't much for as we didn't really think they could figure it out. However, we eventually agreed to it, they said they would make it so it all played When we got the car back, the fault was still there and I had another workshop check the car again after their "repair": The new workshop found out that, among other things, caliper was loose (which Hillerød autocenter had also messed with a year and a half before) and the used rack was defective. Besides that, our air conditioning and radio didn't work when they had the car with them. Which they funnily deny. We have tried to contact them as we did not want to pay for them to replace the defective rack with a new used electric one. brand new, because we certainly don't want them messing with our car any more. The dialogue with the auto center ended on their side when they had received their money, which we unfortunately managed to pay :-(
