We went and bought a KIA from there and I was left with very positive experience. People were nice, the test drive happened quickly. But what I found incredible was how fast we made the deal. Within an hour everything was ready and the car was waiting for me in only 3 days. Go and see what they have :)

My mother has borrowed a car from Folkersen in connection with servicing a car (which was bought from Folkersen). The car is borrowed on Monday morning and Tuesday morning - after driving a maximum of 30 km, the clutch is broken, after which she receives an invoice of DKK 7.3 thousand incl. VAT. Cf. foreman Kim there are "witnesses in town who can confirm that my mother drove around Helsinge and filed the clutch". We object to the invoice, as we do not believe that a clutch can be destroyed after a maximum of 30 km of city driving, but get a reply back from Søren that they maintain the requirement after advice from their industry association and that the insurance related loan of the car does not cover this damage. It must be stated that for all the 50 years she has had a car, my mother has driven with manual gears and has not previously had a clutch replaced as a result of "clutch filing". So all in all a very bad experience and an "angry" smiley from here. We will not be back....

Really good experience :-) We have received good professional treatment from Folkersen Automobiles and we are very excited about our new beautiful Kia. We had difficulty waiting, so Folkersen was quick and flexible so that we could get out and drive. Søren himself created a calm and nice atmosphere and had a good time when we looked at the car. The sales consultant Lars, who delivered the car, had a good, happy energy and familiarized us with the car's functions before we drove out of the gate.
