They are big fraud. They sell scrap cars and forced you to buy with gaurantee. I bought a car in may 2023 and the next day all the lights were on. I spend more than 30,000 kr to fix it until now. Please don’t buy any car from them. Also file a complaint against them.

What a rogue company.bought a v70-06 disei automatic in june/july-23.came home and the car wouldn't go full on the automatic.sometimes it wouldn't but sometimes it wouldn't.they would send a car part.they blamed postnord...come never received a package. then when the cold and autumn/winter came they showed that there was no heat in the car. the state was frozen in winter. was going to send a thermostat but no one came. called a number of times only get an answer the manager not here so he's on vacation. Damn to be able to sell a car that hasn't undergone a service before a sale. the timing belt was changed with his own handwriting no stamp. so I suspect it hasn't been changed. how can a car salesman like that be allowed to continue and deceive customers. never again Scania to buy. vh Nina

Does not keep what they have promised. Bought the car more than 1 month ago. They were supposed to fix a new contact for the seat heater but haven't received one yet despite several calls to them. They have also promised to call back but have not done so. 😡😡

sold the car with defects, although he assured that it was perfect. The defects appeared after three days. after contacting them i tried to call the warranty given (which gives only 1 month) the warranty is out of order.

Bought a car here, when a number of faults were later discovered, e.g. that one of the headlights is taking in water, the diesel heater does not work (bought the car when it was 25-30+ outside), the electronic steering wheel lock is fiddling on and off and several minor things like he only replied to my first email where he pointed out that it was only a one month road safety guarantee which had expired then he stopped replying. Have a case with ARN right now where he took it upon himself to accuse me of damaging the headlight and a bunch of other untruths unrelated to the complaints when he only read the title of the fault codes I submitted and couldn't even bother to look up the codes to check what was actually wrong. For example, it has an error code on the glow plug in the diesel heater, but when he only read that the title was glow plug, he argued that the car would run badly if the glow plugs were bad in the car's engine, which is neither true nor relevant as it is the diesel heater's glow plug that gives out error codes. Ignorant seller who doesn't seem to have any interest in doing the right thing for himself and breaks the Consumer Purchase Act. AVOID

Would have given 0 stars if I could. Bought a car and at first they didn't want to sell it at the agreed price but after a lot of back and forth they agreed. Shortly after the purchase, we discovered that the AC was broken. Contacted Ramlösa car center as by law they are obliged to repair it/be responsible for the costs of the repair and over the phone they agreed to this but when we were later to get it confirmed in writing via email they refused and now they have stopped responding completely. Therefore, we have now had to take the case further to the general complaints board. Do not do business with this rogue company, choose another that actually abides by the law!

Very sneaky people at this company, bought a car here a while ago with various faults. Got a reply that they say there is AC, not that it works. I was in contact with them via email but once they got down to business they stopped responding. 0 stars
