The check in went ok. But when we arrived at our room, nothing was as expected. Mold on the windows, 2 out of 3 lights in the bathroom not working, bad faucet, loose wallpaper. But the worst for me was the bed. I booked a room with one double bed and got two single beds pushed against each other. I even called beforehand and said that it’s important to me to get a double bed since I’m coming with my fiancé. And it wasn’t as clean as it should be. We complained and they told us that we can not expect too much at this price. I know it’s not a 5 star hotel but there are limits. At the end they were nice and we got our money back for the remaining nights and changed hotel. Stayed for the first night only.

Can't recommended this hotel to anyone. Our keys was left in a envelope, eventhough we arrived in the afternoon - reception is supposed to be open until 22:00. The place reeked of chlorine and excrements. In the room this smell of chlorine continued. The beds are some of the most uncomfortable I've ever tried. There's basically nothing between you and the springs. Mostly everything looks clean, but that's only until you look closely. There's mold on the walls and the floor in the bathroom, and when it's foggy you can see just how dirty the mirror is. The hotel is branded as a airport hotel and sure it's fairly close to the airport, but other better hotels are closer. Outside the hotel there was a smell of seaweed and something that can't be described - this smell was not in the rest of the city. All of this is really a shame, because the rest of the area is really nice and the view from the hotel is great. It's really a hotel that's in need of a overhaul.

Nice hotel in an equally beautiful seaside location, not far from the airport. Beautiful wooden construction, with period furnishings. Simple but welcoming and spacious rooms. Excellent price/quality ratio. The only drawback is the absence of an elevator

Stayed here for one night Sweet cute hotel. Easy walking to restaurants and shops. I gave a 4 because the heat never came on in room even though I asked if it was working. No gas, yet it was not actually that cold on the night we stayed. All in all Great place

Attended an event here so not sure about rooms or prices but the view is amazing and the food and service was great as well

The Service was very nice and friendly. The area around the hotel was really beautiful. And they gave us breakfast for free. Umfortunately the room was not so clean.

Close to the airport and in a nice area by the shore. Rooms were clean. Bathrooms were a bit funky where the shower encompassed a large area of the bathroom with no step, but I have seen this before in Copenhagen. Staff was courteous and helpful.

If you want breakfast before 6 am unfortunately that is not available. Eating other than breakfast seems to create problems. The annexe can be cold and damp. My bed linen was musty. Very clean but not pleasant to lay your head on. Adjoining doors provide an excellent conduit for noise. I know all about my fellow guests lives. Price is excellent if indeed it was an airport hotel...but it's not. I love the location in the old seaside town but it doesn't make life easy if you are accustomed to the services of other airport hotels.
