On their website they wrote that the item would be shipped within an hour. In reality, it took several days for it to be shipped, and the item didn't arrive until six days after ordering, with no explanation or apology from them. Steer away! I have never experienced worse customer service. Transport damage on receipt is not accepted. I got the answer: "The deterioration in value of the helmet will not be attributable to transport damage either. We would consider that to be incorrect.” I returned it because it was also too big. Remember to film when the package is opened? Probably not approved

Probably one of the worst experiences I have ever been through to date. I had ordered a bicycle helmet for which I did not get an update status, and when I call Thomas and tell him that it is a bit annoying that you only get an order confirmation, he gets very offended and cancels your order. Super cool "customer service" :-)
