Fantastic experience when buying a new car. I had made up my mind even before I landed at Cupra Birkerød, which car I wanted. First I was received by Hans-Henning (Service Advisor) at the door, his smile and welcome were so fantastic that I felt that this was the right place to buy a new car. I was then referred to Sales Manager Tobias Finne, while Hans-Henning politely followed me over to the Sales Department, he offered coffee and tea. When Tobias spoke on the phone, I had a pleasant conversation about cars. After that it was Tobias Finne who took over and we got to see the car, discussed equipment and various things for my upcoming new car. Tobias Finne was extremely competent, quality-conscious and service-minded throughout, from the moment we reviewed the car in detail in terms of equipment, final note and to the day when I got the keys and got a really good review of the car. Had also spoken to some employees per phone before handing over the car. Can't remember names though. All in all, the best car buying experience I have ever had. Great recommendation from here - and especially thanks to Hans-Henning and Tobias Finne!

Really good workshop. We have had our old Altea XL serviced a few times. Both service and quality are top notch. The staff has great technical insight and they take the time to talk to the customer. We always find that the car drives better when we leave the workshop in Birkerød.

Got our new Cupra Leon Sportstourer handed over by Alexander. A really good experience, Alexander is unusually service minded and good at introducing us to everything new. Also when we came a few days later with something we couldn't figure out. Can't be made better, therefore 5 stars for the place.

Super good service, happy and smiling employees, so it's always nice to come here. I have experienced other car dealers where I definitely won't come again because of bad service, but at seat in Birkerød I will definitely come again
