If you wish to have a "Folke Gourmet" dinner, wonderfully tasty, nicely served, with little surprises, along your visit at Kokkefars køkken - go for the 3-course-menu and enjoy a luxus meal for a reasonable price! We have enjoyed everything about our dinner and we will certainly come again, will even bring our guests for a birthday party soon!

Does not look like much from the outside, so was surprised to have such a good experience there. The menu is small, which to me means that everything there should be good and there is something for each taste. The food was really good, and you can feel that there was catered for the small details. Deserves to be recommended,

Been there a couple of times and both times were an excellent experience. It is Danish food of good quality, with small twists that make it not quite as you know it. First tried their Christmas dinner, which was actually set for a minimum of 2 people, but was allowed to order for 1 person. It was a big round of 3 kinds of fish for smørrebrød, meatballs, roast pork and the cutlet for a hot dish and then rice salamander for dessert. It all tasted fresh and delicious, with a unique seasoning. Tried today's soup for lunch which was a curry soup with duck and vegetables. It was strong, which I was warned against, and there was plenty of filling in it. The staff are friendly and provide good service. The chef is also often out and about the food if you ask.

We had a lovely evening meal in the appetizing premises at Kokkefar's. For starters, I had roasted mushrooms on a slice of toast that might have been home-baked. Very delicious. She got a nice salad that was fresh and tasty. For the main course I had pasta with seafood. A bit sparse with seafood and the taste was not flashy, but tasted good. She got moules frites and they were supposedly lovely and fresh. A visit is definitely recommended!
