The car was great and the one that was booked. The staff was really nice. The branch is very well located. But: Despite the information that no additional insurance was requested, even when asked, additional insurance was debited. Maybe we should have read it again before signing, but actually everything was clarified and the higher amount was justified in advance with the deposit. When signing, the sheet was simply skimmed over quickly. We speak Swedish fluently and there was no language barrier. When the invoice came almost 2 weeks later, we were a little surprised that the full amount was shown. Apparently Budget can't do anything anymore and we definitely won't do anything at Budget anymore with business practices like this.
