Great service and very professional behaviour of the staff. Especially Mr. John Møller Jensen is very cooperative, easy to talk and flexible. Very nice collection of KiA cars and the staffs really explains well. Very quick process for test drive and showroom also having very good space and there is a place to sit and relax with your magazines and your coffee. Also Kia service station available in the same shelter.

KIA-NIRO - the hybrid dream that turned into a nightmare: Bought a brand new KIA Niro with i.a. undercarriage treatment, towbar, etc. When the car was delivered, the undercarriage treatment was only partially carried out and the towbar was installed incorrectly, during installation, part of the undercarriage cover was not remounted, but simply thrown away and the power cord for the trailer connector was loose in the trunk and short-circuited the trailer light. According to the foreman, "everything was exactly by the book". Deficient preparation on delivery (number plates placed crookedly and there were deep scratches from screwdrivers in the bumper - but as the foreman said, it's only plastic - and it doesn't rust!) During service inspection - there were errors and omissions every time and the company has absolutely no self-check (oil change, where oil is poured onto the engine and the electrical system, service where extra work is carried out without agreement) Loud wheel noise from when the car was new, but nothing that could be rectified by Knud Nielsen. The KIA importer in Vejle has sent us the assembly and service instructions, which the KIA workshop Knud Nielsen does not follow, but which documents the workshop's lack of qualifications. A very sad and frustrating experience with a BRAND NEW car.

Unfortunately, a bad experience, where the mistake of choosing the wrong color code is blamed on my insurance company's fault (!?) instead of taking responsibility. The insurance company has been contacted and the car must be returned to the workshop to get the correct color and to have the bumper fitted neatly. The car has previously been regularly serviced at Kia in Helsinge, which has always made a great virtue of delivering work on the car equivalent to what the mechanic himself would have done on his own car. You could apparently learn from that in Hillerød.

I have had John's help in choosing a new car and have on several occasions received excellent service from everyone at Knud Nielsen. I would particularly like to emphasize John's calm demeanor, which is incredibly nice when you look at a new car. In addition, I experienced Per and René in the registration on a very busy day, but still with super good service, high spirits and flexibility. Very satisfied.

One buys an Opel from you, it turns out 3 different winter wheels because summer wheels are put on winter wheels are not included with my trade-in car, which was included in the deal, there were new summer tires and winter wheels, now I have received a bill of 3100 for summer tires, now I pay them but I am dissatisfied
