Very nice place to buy authentic Danish sandwiches. Great price/performance and is not at all a touristy place. Buy a few Smørrebrød and take them with you to the pub next door which offers you a place to sit down, a plate and cutlery. You have to buy your drinks there though. (Smoking is allowed in the pub).

Authentic, reasonably priced, kind owners! The sandwiches were delicious. The liver pate was my favorite after owner suggested it as her favorite. It didn’t disappoint. They wrap them so carefully and neatly to take away. Didn’t feel like a tourist trap.

Nice find! The place is really small and there is only one table for two people outside (June 2023), but how delicious are the smørrenbrød in this place! It looks like a small delicatessen and you can feel the quality of the food, prepared with traditional recipes and which seems homemade...

Delicious, value for money and super friendly staff. They only have two seats and a table outside to dine in because the place is pretty small but I honestly really like it that way. Great selection too .

The best place for qualitative and cheap Smorrebrod in CPH. The variety is great, the staff very nice and you can try different ones considered their price. In winter time, you can eat them inside the bar a few steps down the road.

I decide to go and eat at this place following TripAdvisor's recommendation. I couldn't have made a better choice. Welcoming and family environment. Fair price. Small table for 2 people just outside the venue. Pleasant experience. I opted for two types of "bruschetta", paid 40 DAN which corresponds to €5.40. Advise! Close to Tivoli park. And off the Stroget shopping street.

Lovers of Danish open sandwiches need to know about this place. Locals queue up and are quickly served, every delicious sandwich carefully packaged for takeaway, and very reasonably priced.

Edit: Three years later and it’s still a cute little smørrebrød sandwich shop. Still tasty! Original review: Small, delicious, open-faced sandwiches (Smorrebrod) that pack creamy, savory, sweet and satisfying flavor. After you finish, you still want one more! Highly recommended.
